we will hold your order until plants are available.

Payment

Payment must accompany your order, either by money order, cheque, MasterCard or VISA. If you pay by cheque, we must wait until the cheque clears before shipping. If paying by credit card you may fax your order to us at 1-250-642-7551. We do not charge your card until the day we ship. If your card is due to expire please ensure that you provide us with the new expiry date. We can invoice you by PayPal. Please let us know your PayPal email so we can send you an invoice.

We offer Secure Online Ordering. We offer mail order only. Our greenhouse is not open to the public.

All prices quoted on this web site are in Canadian funds.

Shipping

Shipping Season will vary depending on your location and the type of plants ordered. If your order will be delayed, we will notify you as to when you might expect to receive it. We are limited by weather. We cannot ship tender plants by mail in the middle of winter. However, we urge you to order early so that you may be among the first to receive their plants in your area and also so we can reserve them in case of any shortage. We ship by Canada Post's "Express Post". They guarantee 2 to 5 days delivery. Please note that we date stamp each carton on the Mailing Label in case there is any doubt about how long a delivery has taken. If the Post Office is unable to make a delivery, they will notify you. Remember it is up to you to pick up the Parcel promptly, as the Post Office stops counting delivery time when you are notified. If you provide us with your e-mail address and we will e-mail you when the order has been shipped. Please allow 4- 6 WEEKS for delivery. If you are planning on being away please let us know so we don't ship your order then.

Please note that we set our shipping costs according to Canada Post's rates. Canada Post's rates have greatly increased so we have adjusted our charges to reflect this.

*THERE MAY BE A TIME DELAY OF SEVERAL WEEKS BEFORE WE CLEAR OUT THE BACKLOG OF   EARLY ORDERS. WE DO NOT CHARGE CREDIT CARDS UNTIL THE DAY THE ORDER IS SHIPPED   AND WE WILL EMAIL YOU ON THE DAY OF SHIPPING.

Shipping charges are APPROXIMATELY as follows, based on Canada Post Express Post rates (weight and volume) and will be calculated automatically when you use our “Shopping Basket” for ordering online. When ordering by mail or fax you can use the table below as a guide.
