Plant
Replacement and Refund Policy
We
make every possible effort to get the plants to you
in excellent condition. If any plants do not arrive
in good condition (when promptly picked up) you have
three choices: 1) The plants can be replaced free
of charge with your next order. 2) we can issue a
credit note for replacement with another plant of
your choice with your next order, or 3) you may pay
the shipping cost for sending replacement plants without
placing an additional order. We would like to see
photos of problems that may have occurred.
Things
to know about Harborcrest Gardens Plants
The plants, except for the Orchids, come in 2 1/2 inch
pots. Large plants do not grow in 2 1/2 inch pots so
please do not expect large plants.
If
you order before we begin shipping, we will ship in
the order received. Shipping season is late May to
late October, weather permitting. There may be a delay
of several weeks before we clear out the backlog of
early orders, or we may be propagating the plants
you ordered and they may not be ready to ship yet.
WE
DO NOT CHARGE CREDIT CARDS UNTIL THE DAY THE ORDER IS
SHIPPED AND WE WILL EMAIL YOU ON THE DAY OF SHIPPING
IF YOU PROVIDE YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS.
Since
we have no control over their culture after you receive
them, we regret that we can make no guarantees after
the plants are in your hands. If you delayed in picking
up your order, we will not be responsible if the plants
are damaged. If there is a chance you will be out
of town when the order is to be shipped, please advise
us by e-mail or by telephone so we can delay shipment.
We can notify you by e-mail if you wish as to when
your order will be shipped.
Problems and Complaints
If
you have a problem, please tell us first. We address
all problems promptly. We strive to have happy customers
and can proudly say that we have a high percentage of
repeat customers every year. We work hard to make sure
there are no problems but occasionally something will
happen that is out of our control that makes YOU unhappy.
Let us know right away!
If you do have a problem and do not tell us about
it, we cannot fix that problem.
